Almost all the time our legs are in working condition: we walk, sit or stand. It happens very often that serious problems begin, because of the wrong way of life, care or selection of shoes. In particular, the speech is about bunions.
With the advent of spring, people often change their comfortable winter footwear into tight narrow shoes. Legs begin to rebel. Our legs start to get tired from wearing inconvenient shoes. However, it is just a half of the trouble. More often, each step becomes an infernal pain.
There are at least a dozen different ways to treat bunions. To begin with, let’s look through the most sparing of them. For example, just change your shoes. Change high heels or platform for comfortable sneakers. This is a solution for those who have such problems directly because of the wrong shoes. Also, you can choose any of the following natural ways:
#1. Try to use a gel-filled pad on your bunion every time you wear your shoes. This will reduce the pressure on your bunion and will reveal the pain.
#2. Try to speed up the blood circulation in your legs. For this purpose, you can use wearing warm socks or having a warm bath. If you want, you can add some drops of tea tree oil into your bath. This oil will give softening effect to your feet.
#3. The next step is to reduce the inflammation. Use ice and some anti-inflammatory remedies, like turmeric or chamomile. Also, you can use a slice of lemon. It has a very good antiseptic effect.
#4. You should return flexibility to your feet. If your foot becomes little flexible, this can lead to growing of your bunions.
#5. Try to strengthen the muscle of your feet. Perform special exercises and aerobic moves. Also, you can massage your feet.
#6. Wear a night splint to increase the flexibility of your feet and to strengthen the muscle.
