You should know that there is lymphatic system under your armpits. Bra suppresses this system and doesn’t let it work properly. The vessels can’t work and lead the toxins out of the body. These toxins accumulate in your breast tissues after a while. It causes the formation of cancer.

There is information that bras also can cause other health problems. A study by the University Hospital of Wales has asked 100 women to stop wearing bars for three months and start wearing it again for the same term.

It turned out that those women had more pain-free days when they stopped wearing this item. The difference was 7 percent. So, according to this study, wearing a bra increases the amount of breast pain. However, there was no specific link between wearing bras and cancer formation found.

Sports bras can cause these problems if worn for a long time. Tight bras can also be harmful for your digestion system. It puts pressure on your diaphragm and can cause Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
