Despite the name, it is completely harmless and happens to some people when they are about to fall asleep. It is not discovered yet why it happens, but is considered to be a type of hallucination.

#8 Sleep talking

Obviously enough – a person talks in her sleep while she suffers from this sleep disorder. It is considered to be inherited, but is still undiscovered why.
