#1. Foot Cramping and Spasms

The spasms can be caused by dehydration. Your muscles do not get enough oxygen, and there is a lack or imbalance of electrolytes or nutrients. If you have spasms while walking, it could indicate a circulatory problem. Also, even your shoes can cause spasms.

Neuropathy or damage to the nerves are the first signs of diabetes. Most people are unable to feel or notice injuries.
