We all age and there is nothing we can do about it. Even though some women prefer to visit the surgeon’s office instead of giving in to something that is only natural, there are other ways of embracing your age.
Yet, apart from embracing your age, there is a list of things to know about as well. As we age, our bodies undergo changes and you need to be aware of what they look like, so you don’t mistake a mere change for a sign of disease. That is why, today, we are going to talk about ten things that will happen to your breasts as you age. But, that does not mean that you should skip your regular visits to the hospital, for checkups.
#1 Breast growth
Your boobies keep growing for another 5 years after you hit puberty, even though you may rarely notice it.
Your breasts look their best when you are in your 20’s, and that period of breast perfection lasts until you hit 30.
Your breasts can change in size, depending on such factors as weight gain or loss, pregnancy, or periods. But once you get back to normal, your breast size will end up being the same as it was when you exited your teens.
#4 Nipples change
While you are pregnant, not only does your nipple size change, but so does their color. Yet, once you give birth, the shade goes back to normal, while the size may remain bigger.
#5 Softer they get
After you hit your 30’s, your breasts tend to become softer, you should get used to that.
Breasts usually start to sag when you hit menopause. But, there is still something you can do to keep them in shape. Regular workouts are best in this situation.
When you hit menopause, your breasts are likely to lose their volume.
#8 Sun sensitivity
If you want to keep your breasts looking younger longer, keep them away from the sun.
If you let your breasts hang and you sweat heavily – that will lead to irritation. That is why you should try to avoid it.
#10 Loss of sensitivity
The bigger your breasts get, the less sensitive they become. Sad but true.
