The thing is, you need to perform these exercises as a circuit, doing one set of each with minimal rest between exercises. After each circuit, you need to rest for 2 minutes. Repeat this circuit 3-4 times. These simple, but effective exercises will help you reduce body fat, gain muscle and tighten the whole body.
