#1 Rough 20’s

As it has been stated that the intensity of your PMS varies, usually women in their 20’s experience more severe symptoms. As a matter of fact, there is an answer why. The thing is that when you are 20 you are less likely to take proper care of your body and exercise since you already look stunning, you do not pay great attention to what you eat – since anything goes well with you so far and so on. That is why if you want to reduce the intensity of your PMS you should better pay attention to your workout routine and diet.
