There is barely any woman who does not know how here PMS looks like. Even though for everyone it is always different. There are some common symptoms and ways of treating them as well.
Yet, there is one thing that we do not usually think about – does your age affect your PMS? The answer is – yes! What is more, you will be certainly surprised with all the change and we decided it would be nice to at least let you know what you should expect. That is why we divided your PMS into three categories: how it feels when you are 20, how it changes when you are 30 and how it is coming to an end and changes when you are 40.
#1 Rough 20’s
As it has been stated that the intensity of your PMS varies, usually women in their 20’s experience more severe symptoms. As a matter of fact, there is an answer why. The thing is that when you are 20 you are less likely to take proper care of your body and exercise since you already look stunning, you do not pay great attention to what you eat – since anything goes well with you so far and so on. That is why if you want to reduce the intensity of your PMS you should better pay attention to your workout routine and diet.
#2 It gets better when you are 30
This is the period when most women decide to become mothers, and all the pregnancy-related processes, as well as breastfeeding, influence your PMS in a good way so that all the symptoms get less intense.
