#1. Try to eat eggs for breakfast. This is the most important meal of the day. Eggs will give protein to your body.
#2. Do not eat unhealthy snacks and fast food. You should eat fresh and healthy foods.
#3. Try not to eat empty calories. Empty calories will lead to various problems with your health.
#4. Limit your salt consumption. Salt is very harmful for your body. It can keep fluid in your body.
#5. Add more broccoli to your diet. It is very healthy, because of high amount of protein.
#6. You should be physically active. This will burn extra calories and maintain the health of your body.

#7. Try not to sleep in too warm room. If you can, just lower the temperature. This will make you sleep well and will burn more calories at night.

#10. You should go to bed before midnight. This will prevent you from eating after dinner for sure.
