#1 Hot flashes

Hot flashes happen to almost all women when they are about to hit menopause, but the intensity is different. If you get very hot suddenly, and then just as suddenly, it goes away – that is it!

#2 Mood swings

Women who are in their premenopausal stage are more likely to get moody. What is more, some women get very depressed, even though they have never experienced anything like that. Get ready and do not be scared, it is going to pass.

#3 Period

Get ready to start missing your periods and do not be afraid of getting pregnant, since the chances are low. As you hit menopause, your periods will stop completely.

#4 Libido changes

Your libido level will go down for a while, but there is nothing to worry about.

#5 Vaginal dryness

This may be the worst issue, since it may influence the quality of your intercourse, which may become too painful due to this reason. That is why you should keep a good lubricant on hand.

If you experience some memory loss and face difficulties in memorizing things – that is it, you are in your premenopausal stage. Worry not, it will go away once you hit menopause.
