"Healthy nutrition is key to a beautiful, fit body. I eat small portions of meals several times a day. I workout when I have free time and my favourite workouts are boxing and jumping rope," says Angel Adriana.
"When I was a child, I played sports a lot and that's why I have an athletic body type. In order to get in shape for the show, I practice yoga, pilates and ballet. I don't like running, as it can make my thighs bigger." shares Erin Heatherton.
“I drink plenty of green smoothies and freshly squeezed juices. When I wake up, I drink warm water with lemon and ginger and cayenne pepper. And of course, I don’t eat processed food or sweets to be fit”, shares Elsa Hosk.
But not all VS models must exercise a lot to get ready for the show. She says: "I don’t perform workouts and I don't follow a healthy diet, I think I am the worst Angel. I wanted to sneak out before the show to eat junk food and consume it in front of the other angels, but then I realized they will never forgive us."
She says: "I exercise a lot and eat plenty of vegetables and proteins. But tomorrow, after the show, I'm not going to eat healthy meals!"
“My secret is regular workouts. I work out a lot, sometimes I can work out twice a day,” that’s all she said about her fitness routine.
