It's hard to believe, but the body starts to decline when we turn thirty, and that decline gets more aggressive every year. Don't worry, we know how to prevent it! Exercise not only helps you look better, it can also slow aging, making you feel fresh and young again.
There is plenty of evidence proving that regular physical activity can increase life expectancy by limiting the development and progression of chronic diseases. That is why it's crucial to exercise regularly in order to stay young and healthy.
We would like to show you an amazing workout you should start doing every week, once you're in your 40s, in order to sculpt a beautiful body and save health.
This twenty-minute upper body workout was created by Jeanette Soloma, a trainer from Los Angeles. This training routine is good for those who have no time to hit the gym and who don't want to spend money on buying any expensive equipment. In order to start this workout routine, you don’t need any special sports equipment.
It consists of easy, effective exercises such as push-ups, knee-ups, goal-post presses, jumping jacks, upper bells, jab/crosses and planks with crossovers. These exercises will sculpt washboard abs and strong arms. All you need to do is to perform the circle of moves twice. But before you start this training routine, you must perform a short warmup and end it with five-minutes of brisk walking. It will help you avoid bone and joint injuries.
Are you ready to work out? Scroll down to see the instructions on how to perform these moves correctly.
