This workout routine consists of easy-to follow, leg exercises such as lunges with jump-changing legs, jump crunches, leg raises on the side(for the outer thigh), leg raises on the side(for the inner thigh), dumbbell lunges, sidelong bows with a dumbbell and smooth leg raises from the prone position.

These moves focus on strengthening your lower body for a stronger core and a bigger butt.

In order to obtain noticeable results in a short period, you should do at least thirty repetitions of each exercise and perform this workout routine three times a week. Before you start this training routine, make sure you perform short warmup in order to prevent bone and joint injuries and then finish with a cool down to get your body back into gear.
