Ladies, who doesn’t want to get perfect buttocks, thighs, and legs? Unlike the chest area or the belly area, people can see your legs almost any time of day or place. Flawless legs are the best way to look amazing, without much effort. The ideal pair of legs requires a low body fat percentage (you should perform cardio regularly and balance your diet with healthy, low-calorie dishes) and muscle for shapeliness.
But we should warn you that in order to get a pair of perfect legs, you do have to exercise a lot. And it’s definitely worth it! We would like to show you seven lower body exercises that target your butt, thighs and legs. This workout is good for busy women, as it can be easily performed at home.
This workout routine consists of easy-to follow, leg exercises such as lunges with jump-changing legs, jump crunches, leg raises on the side(for the outer thigh), leg raises on the side(for the inner thigh), dumbbell lunges, sidelong bows with a dumbbell and smooth leg raises from the prone position.
These moves focus on strengthening your lower body for a stronger core and a bigger butt.
In order to obtain noticeable results in a short period, you should do at least thirty repetitions of each exercise and perform this workout routine three times a week. Before you start this training routine, make sure you perform short warmup in order to prevent bone and joint injuries and then finish with a cool down to get your body back into gear.
