Diet rules

- Before you start to follow this diet, you should examine your health.

- You should drink at least two liters of clean, warm water per day.

- Don't eat bananas and potatoes during the diet.

- When you wake up in the morning, you should drink a glass of lemon water on an empty stomach.

- In order to accelerate fat burn, you should exercise at least thirty minutes a day. It can be running, jogging, doing yoga, boxing, weight lifting or walking.

- You are not allowed to consume processed foods, junk food, sweets, bakery goods, sugar products, soda and alcohol drinks.

- In order to maintain the results after you finish this diet, you should eat healthy and clean.
