Our killer workout combines a fast pace with bodyweight exercises for a routine that’s designed to blast fat and tone muscles without the use of equipment. Why would you waste money on gym equipment when the weight of your body is enough to help you exercise?
So, our 10-minute bodyweight workout includes 10 exercises such as Elbow to Knee Crunch, Spiderman Push-Up, Prisoner Squats, Triangle Push-up, Alternating Superman, Plank Glute Kickbacks L, Plank Glute Kickbacks R, Bridge, Plyometric Lunges, and Run in Place with High Knees. You need to perform each exercise for 1 minute, followed by a 30-second rest. Complete this workout 3 times per week for a total body transformation.
What’s more, you need to stick to a proper diet. Whether you eat or don't eat before exercise, the body burns the same amount of fat. However, you can actually cause muscle loss if you regularly work out on an empty stomach. Try to eat some snacks before your workout. The best pre-workout bite contains some form of complex carbohydrate and a protein (apple, banana, nuts, and berries). Also, do not forget to drink plenty of water before and after exercising.
