Once you identify the triggers that lead you to indulge in your cravings, you’ll be able to situate yourself to avoid them or at least be more aware of them.

#2 Eat a Good Breakfast

The easiest way to let cravings overtake you is by not feeding yourself properly. Make sure that you start your day with a filling, but healthy meal. Breakfast sets the tone for your whole day.
