In order to run a marathon or walk up the stairs you should have a strong core and stamina. You should perform aerobic moves and interval training, as they can help you boost your stamina, get your heart pumping and accelerate fat loss.

It can be so frustrating when you work hard, but don’t see results. Balancing your diet can help build muscles and decrease body fat. In order to sculpt a strong, beautiful body, you should eat more lean proteins and healthy fats. Keep your calories in check and avoid processed foods and sugar.
