Another advantage of this workout is that you can perform it at home. You don’t need to buy any special equipment, as all you need to have is a yoga mat.

This five-minute workout consists of effective core exercises such as planks up, v-up, planks with T rotation, core roll ups and mountain climber twists. These exercises focus on strengthening your core muscles, burning abdominal fat and improving stamina.

In order to obtain great weight-loss results, you should perform each exercise for forty-five seconds with fifteen second rests. You should perform this five-minute workout three times a week combining it with cardio routine in order to get desired results.
