1 tbsp. of. mint;

1 tbsp. of thyme;

#2.Lemon and chili

You will need:

A glass of water;

1 tbsp.of . lemon juice;

1 tsp. Og syrup;

2 A ground chilli at the tip of the knife.

How to make a pepper-based slimming drink? Pour it into boiling water, allow to cool to room temperature. Dissolve a spoonful of any syrup, top up the lemon juice, and drainage tea is ready.

#3. Coffee with pepper

To prepare this incredible slimming drink with cinnamon, coffee and spices, you will need:

3 tsp. natural ground coffee;

1.5 tsp. cinnamon;

a couple of peppercorns;

ginger, cardamom or cloves to taste.

You will need:

glass of water;

10 ml of honey;

1 tsp. cinnamon.

Bring water to a boil, pour cinnamon powder in and allow to cool at room temperature (20-30 minutes). Add the honey, diligently stir. This drink is supposed to be divided into two parts and to drink one in the morning, immediately after awakening, and the second - before bed.

#5.Lemon and honey

The drink is simple. All you need is:

glass of water;

lemon;

honey.

You do not need to boil anything and take the time to brew cinnamon. Put a teaspoon of honey in a glass of cool or slightly warm water, squeeze a tablespoon of lemon juice next to it, and the hydromel is ready. Drink it three times a day.

#6.Summer cocktail: cucumber, lemon, ginger

You will need:

2.5 liters of water;

1 lemon or lime;

1 large cucumber;

ginger root;

a bunch of mint.

Vegetables wash and cut into thin slices. Ginger, grate to get 2 tsp. of spices. Fill jar with cold water, add mint and put into the refrigerator for the night.

5 tbsp. l. green tea;

100 g of cranberries;

2 tbsp. of honey;

2 liters of water.

You will need:

a handful of currant leaves (5-6 pieces);

500 ml of water.

Brew the leaves with boiling water, wrap the container with a towel and wait until it cools completely. Drink half a glass of infusion 3 times a day. This drink cleanses the skin, removes toxins from the body and actively affects the fat tissue of the subcutaneous tissue.
