#1. Dry brushing
This remedy helps to stimulate blood flow and lymph drainage. Try to do it twice a day on dry skin, preferably in the shower before you actually shower. Brush towards your heart in long strokes from your feet upwards, from your arms towards your chest and in counterclockwise motions on your stomach. Make sure you don’t press to hard while brushing, the idea is just to stimulate your skin.
#2. Consume gelatin
Gelatin has many benefits, it supports healthy skin, hair and nails. It can help tighten loose skin and many people believe that it improves cellulite.
#3. Coffee scrub
Using a coffee scrub to massage and exfoliate your skin stimulates blood flow and lymph drainage, much like dry brushing. Caffeine, contained in coffee, almost helps to tighten skin.
To make a coffee scrub you will need:
¼ cup coffee grounds
3 tablespoons sugar
2-3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Add all of these ingredients together to form a paste. You can store any extra in a glass jar.
These are a great tool for working out the most common places where cellulite occurs such as the thighs and buttocks.
