Here is the list of ingredients you are going to need:
• Epsom salt
• peppermint leaves
• lavender buds
• pine needles
• lavender essential oil
• eucalyptus essential oil
• muslin or cheesecloth
As you may have noticed, the list of ingredients is pretty easy to collect and the process of creation is just as simple. All you need to do is gather pine needles first, yet it is optional, since you can easily substitute them with fir essential oil.
After you have chosen whether needles or essential oil will be your choice, it is time to combine the ingredients. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add essential oils to the mix and blend everything well.
It is almost done. All that is left for you to do is put a tablespoon or two of the mixture into the prepared cloth and secure it with twine. The beauty of this recipe is that you can make a couple of little sacks and use them however you like.
Now, it is time to make a soak. You can either put your little bag into the tub itself, or you can easily soak it in some other container and then add the water you got to your bath.
