Today, we would like to present you with a killer abs workout. This workout was developed by Toby Massenburg, group fitness manager at the Equinox Hollywood. What do you need to know about this? This is a quick four-minute core workout, which you can do at home before breakfast.
This 4-minute abs workout includes exercises such as Marching Glute Bridge, V-Up, Plank Up, and Superman. You need to do each move for 20 seconds resting 10 seconds between each exercise. Repeat the full circuit a total of two times.
Only 4 minutes a day and 4 moves will get you sexy abs as soon as possible! However, women who want to speed up their results must stick to a healthy diet and perform total-body cardio sessions regularly. It sounds difficult, but it’s worth it!
