At least 25% of people with diabetes do not know about their disease. They calmly do business, do not pay attention to symptoms, and diabetes gradually destroys their body. This disease is called a silent killer.
The initial period of ignoring diabetes may result in a heart attack, renal failure, vision decreases, or problems with the legs. It happens less often that a diabetic falls into a coma because of high blood sugar, goes through resuscitation, and then begins to be treated.
Diabetes mellitus takes third place in the world among causes of mortality, after cardiovascular and oncological diseases, and experts predict a twofold increase in the number of patients every 15 years. Look through the main signs of this disease, and immediately consult a doctor, if you have even one-two of them:
#1. Lots of bathroom breaks. This can happen because your kidneys are trying to remove excess glucose from your blood.
#2. Groin itch and irritation. Blood and urine high in glucose can result in skin itching and irritation.
#3. Cannot quench your thirst. Peeing too often can make you drink more than usual.

#7. Frequent vision changes. You may start to see poorly or you can sometimes even lose your vision.

Also, if you notice that you lost your appetite, your breath is not fresh, you are vomiting too often, you have stomach pain, fever, you do not sleep good at night, or your muscles cramp, do not hesitate and go to a doctor.
Remember, the sooner you consult a doctor, the easier your treatment will be. Modern methods of treatment in combination with the prescribed diet can make the life of a diabetic patient full and comfortable, and can help them avoid the appearance of many complications.
