No matter how effective it may seem and is actually, you should not follow it longer than 5 days. Five days are enough for you to lose the extra fat and if you go on you may inflict some kidney and heart damage.
Now, when we warned you, we are going to present to your attention an approximate menu of this 5-day pineapple diet, you can mix and match, but only choosing from the ingredients mentioned in the menu, no more - no less.

Breakfast: Some pineapple slices, low-fat yogurt, oatmeal.
Snack: pineapple juice, boiled egg.
Lunch: grilled tuna, or veggie broth, or chicken fillet and pineapple juice.
Snack: low-fat yogurt and a glass of pineapple juice.
Dinner: any fish, or turkey fillet or chicken with pineapple, chicken salad is a great option too.
As you can see that the diet is indeed strict, so be careful and in case you have a lot of time at your disposal you should better consider a regular workout and healthy food in general instead!
