It goes without saying that time flies. But very often we do not pay attention to the things that time takes away from us. For instance, when you are 40 you can’t behave the way you did when you were 20, right? What is more, you can eat what ate when you were younger without a significant impact on your health.
That is why we decided to refer to the science of diet and came up with a quite remarkable and interesting food pyramid. What does this pyramid mean? The thing is that starting from bottom to the top you can see the list of products which you should consume most to the least throughout the day. Besides, it shows that everything you knew before is quite irrelevant.
The pyramid is divided into six sections and each section contains special foods within and the amount you should consume during the day.
This is the largest section and allows you up from a 6-11 serving of these products during the day. What are those products? Surprisingly they are bread, cereal, rice, and pasta.
This one may sound weird but only up to 5 serving of vegetables are acceptable according to this pyramid. Keep it in mind!
This one is devoted to fruits. But when it comes to fruits you should eat even less than veggies, that is up to 4 servings.
All the dairy you consume should not exceed 3 servings a day. That concerns milk, yogurt, and cheese.
All the meat lovers are going to hate this one, but you are only allowed 3 serving of fish or meat during a single day.
Last but not least, fats. Fats, as well as sweets, should be consumed sparingly, the less the better.
