In order to complete this training routine, you don’t need to be an experienced gym-goer or have lean muscles. It can be performed by anyone who wants to lose weight. No matter how high your fitness level, you can do this workout.
You should do each exercise for forty seconds with twenty-second rests in between. Complete all the moves, rest and repeat the set of exercises twice. You are allowed to repeat this training routine up to four times, if you want to build strength. It's up to you!
