But most of the pain is uncertain and cured by strengthening muscles, ligaments and tendons. A set of exercises for the back can quickly strengthen your muscles, but do not be relaxed, otherwise the pain will return. Exercise should be put into habit and performed regularly.

Every morning, waking up, stretch out with all your might. Pull your arms as far as possible beyond your head, your heels - in the direction from you, and the socks, on the contrary, to your own. You have to feel how the whole spine is pulled out.

If you have not yet encountered the problem of back pain, try to sleep on a flat surface. With pains, pay attention to how and where you sleep, special attention. Soft mattresses and volumetric pillows are not too useful for the spine. It is even better to put a piece of plywood under a thin mattress and sleep on a flat cushion.
