#1. The Cellulite Body Wrap

You need ingredients such as:

- 1 cup Seaweed Powder

- 3 tbsp Almond Oil or Olive Oil or any oil you like

- 2 cups warm water (or coffee for an extra cellulite-busting kick)

- 2 drops essential oil (Rosemary, juniper, or fennel)

You have to mix all the body wrap ingredients to form a mud-like consistency. Then, stand in your tub, on newspapers, or a large towel to avoid a mess. Start by smearing the paste all over your lower body. Then, you have to wrap yourself in plastic, followed by bandages. Or you can wrap your lower half in bandages dampened in warm water for hydration. Let it work for an hour, and then take a warm shower.

#2. The Skin-Tight Jeans Body Wrap

You need ingredients such as:

- 2 cups green tea

- 1 cup bentonite powder (clay)

- 2 drops of a diuretic essential oil

You should mix all the ingredients to form the paste. We do not recommend you use a metal bowl as it might react to the clay and draw traces of the metal. Follow the instructions of the body wrap described above! Do not forget to take a warm shower!

#3. The Epsom Salts Detox Body Wrap

You need ingredients such as:

- 1 cup Epsom salt

- 4 cups chamomile herbal tea bag steeped water

- 3 tbsp olive or coconut oil

- 2-3 drops Rosemary essential oil

- Old sheet

Firstly, you have to mix the boiled water that has been cooled to a warm temperature with the salt. Then, soak an old sheet in the solution. Massage the oil on your body. Wrap yourself in the warm sheet, followed by a plastic. Let it work for an hour.

#4. The Ginger Clay Body Wrap

You need ingredients such as:

- 2 tbsps ginger powder or roots (less for sensitive skin)

- 5 tbsps bentonite clay powder

- 10 tbsps warm water

You should mix all the ingredients by hand or in a blender to form a paste. Then, smear this paste on the affected areas and wrap up with plastic. Let it work for 20 to 40 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water.

You need ingredients such as:

- 2 tbsps cayenne powder (less for sensitive skin)

- 10 tbsps white clay

- 20 tbsps warm water

You have to make a thick paste of all the ingredients and warm it in the microwave for a few seconds. Apply it on the affected area and let it work for 10-12 minutes. Wrap with plastic for more heat and sweat. But do not forget that cayenne powder might burn your skin. The last thing you need to do is take a warm shower.
