It's time to stop spending all your savings on fitness supplements to increase your muscular mass, or accelerate fat burning. All you need to do is balance your diet with healthy fats, complex carbs and lean proteins to get all essential vitamins and minerals.

You should know that an ideal workout time is thirty minutes. Just thirty minutes of effective exercises with your body weight can work all your main muscles groups. This training routine is suitable for beginners and advanced people. If you are a beginner, you may perform it with your body weight, and if you have a high fitness level, you may perform these exercises with dumbbells and do more reps.

It consists of easy-to-follow moves, such as push-ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, jumping jacks and wall sits. These exercises will burn your extra fat, strengthen your body and help you grow lean muscles. In total, you should perform twenty reps of push-ups, forty reps of sit ups, sixty squats, eighty lunges, one hundred jumping jacks and hold a wall sit for one minute. Repeat three sets of exercises.
