Digestion is a complex process that begins even before the first piece of food enters the mouth. Food goes a long way and undergoes many transformations before it becomes a source of energy for cells: the oral cavity, the esophagus, the stomach and all parts of the intestine. There are complex processes of splitting food into small fractions, first mechanical, and then - biochemical.
Failure at any stage negatively affects the final result. Food is poorly digested, and it becomes a harmful factor for the health. It can manifest itself in different ways: from slight digestive disorders, heartburn, bloating, diarrhea or constipation to serious diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. It is very important to normalize digestion in order to gain some weight or to lose it.
There are a number of factors that have a very negative effect on digestion. Getting rid of them means improving digestive processes. For example, smoking, excessive consumption of alcohol or stress. Let’s look how we can get our digestive health back on track:
#1. Incorporate healthy bacteria in your diet. You should add more dairy products and cereal to your diet.

#4. Become a frequent flyer. The best way to improve metabolism and digestion is to eat in small portions, but many times a day.
#5. Work it out. Being physically active can create healthy digestion work in your body.
#6. Slow and steady wins the race. You should chew your food properly.
#7. Don't pull the trigger! Try to avoid fast food and all unhealthy foods in order to stay healthy.
#8. Think saucer (but not flying saucer). Control your portions. If you need, choose a smaller plate.
#9. If it's fried and dyed, lay it to the side. Limit your consumption of desserts and processed foods.
