Exercising each and every day out of the week can seem like a completely overwhelming task, but the reality is that for lasting results in your body, you need to reach your burn daily. Luckily for you, there is a way to do that by exercising for just 20 minutes each day.
There are many different combinations you can use to put in your 20 minutes per day. Here are some ideas of what exercises you can use to craft your own unique 20-minute workout routines:
Dips and Pushups
Try to perform a total of 50 dips and 50 push-ups, which you can break up into sets, as you please.
Towel Exercises (Upper Body)
Warm up with 30 seconds of jumping jacks and 30 seconds of high knees.
Pushups, alternating hands (one further forward, one back)
Stand straight holding your towel, bend knees squatting, hold towel above head pulling tightly on both ends, bring down to collarbone and raise up again, repeat for 30 seconds.
