It’s easy to get bored completing the same old arm exercises, so it’s as good a time as ever to switch it up. Find yourself a decent sized weight that will provide you will extra benefit, but will not interfere with your form.
You only need to do 5 exercises in 5 minutes, but do not think that it will be easy (and useless). It's like a sprint on a treadmill - not for long, but you have to give it all. It is these loads that burn more calories in a shorter period of time and accelerate the metabolism. Sit cross-legged with your back straight. Prepare to complete ten to fifteen repetitions of each exercise, taking breaks after finishing all three moves, and repeating the full sequence at least two or three times.
