Without opening your mouth, inhale through your nose, filling your belly with air. Hold the air for a few seconds. Then exhale slowly through the mouth, drawing in the belly. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Then relax. Repeat 5 times.

Bringing the neck into tone

Place your hands on the décolleté area. Pull the neck up. Raise the chin and push the jaw forward. Hold the position for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat 5 times.

EXERCISE 3.

Beautiful cheekbones

To tone the area around the mouth and cheekbones, pronounce the sounds "yu" and "u", maximally using and straining all the facial muscles. Repeat the exercise 5 times.

EXERCISE 4.

A fresh look

How can you tone the eye area and prevent the appearance of so-called "crow's feet"? Press two fingers on the spot. Slowly, open and close your eyes with effort. Repeat 5 times.

EXERCISE 5.

Chiseled chin

1. Put your fists under your chin and, overcoming the resistance of your hands, open your mouth. Then put your thumb in your chin and stick your tongue out as far as possible so that its tip is pointing down. Perform twice a day 10 times.

EXERCISE. 6.

Sit down straight and lower your chin slightly. Place two clenched fists underneath and counteract them with the movement of the chin. During the exercise, the rest of the body and face must be immovable. Hold the chin in the lowered position for 3 seconds, then for a couple of seconds, release the pressure and repeat. In total it is necessary to make 5 times.

EXERCISE 7

Elastic Skin

Place the palms on the cheeks so that the entire face is inside the hand-formed bowl. Relax your facial muscles and squeeze your face hard with your hands. Hold for 5 seconds, then release the pressure. Repeat five times.
