#2. Exercising on an empty stomach

Most experts recommend filling the stomach before performing exercises. What’s more, you need to get a small amount of glucose before your workout to avoid dizziness and weakness. When your blood sugar is too low, your body extracts glycogen from the muscle tissues once it runs out of available glycogen. In other words, you lose muscles. So, we recommend you eat foods such as banana, berries, and low-calorie yogurt 45 minutes before exercising.
