This training routine consists of fat burning moves, such as toy-soldier lunges, leg-swing bridges, sea turtles, good mornings, all-fours elbow taps, slow climbers, long jumps, plank hop-outs, t-stands and tabletop touches. These exercises will burn extra fat and tone your body.
If you want to obtain good weight-loss results, you should do each exercise for forty seconds with half a minute of rest. You may repeat the circle two or three times.
