To find out if your thyroid is fine, you are going to need a thermometer and a few minutes of your time. So, all you need to do is check your temperature three days in a row, first thing after you wake up in the morning. Bear in mind, that normal temperature is 36,5-36,8. Now, if you check your temperature for three days and it is always lower than 36,5, then you have got a problem, named hypothyroidism. The side effects can include depression, fatigue, headache, lack of energy.

But if your temperature is higher than normal, then it is hyperthyroidism or an infection going on in your body.

In any case, if your temperature is not normal you should consult your doctor immediately!
