The thing is that when it comes to your heart, it does not have that many nerve ending and it can’t literally hurt as bad as all the other parts of your body. That is why a heart makes a clever move and sends pain signals to your back, shoulders, arms, neck or jaw. But as the research shows many women a month before the heart attack felt extremely tired and worn out for no visible reason for that. It goes without saying that people who are working out or staying in the sun for too long can sweat excessively. Women who hit their menopause stage count as well. But if you start sweating out for no obvious reason – heart attack it is!

#5 Nausea

Of course, there are quite a lot of things that can lead to nausea, food poisoning or pregnancy for example. But in case you are sure that there is nothing that you have eaten makes you nauseous and you are a 100%sure that you are not pregnant, then you should consider having a heart attack. What is more, this symptom happens a lot more to women than to men who are about to have an attack. It is also worth mentioning that some people claim that days before their heart attack they felt like getting the flu.

#6 Shortness of breath

Shortness of breath is a quite common issue when it comes to people of age. It is more or less natural if that happens to you after a workout or after you climbed a flight of stair. But when you barely can catch a breath while doing almost nothing – that should at least alarm you. If you wake up in the middle of the night due to being unable to breathe, then you should not postpone your visit to a doctor any longer!
