No matter how such things as heart attacks happen, many people still do not know how a heart attack should look like. Very often we see it in a movie that out of the sudden a person places a hand on the area where the heart is supposed to be, opens up eyes wide open, gasps and that is it. But in reality is it far away from looking anything like that especially when it comes to women.
That is why we decided to carry out our own research and supply you with proper information of what you should better be aware of. There are six common symptoms that women experience that should alarm you about the heart attack.
#1 Feeling dizzy
It is true that heart attack does not make you faint at ones. Instead, when the blood flow is cut off, and it does not bring in the required amount of oxygen to your heart and brain that can make you feel a little dizzy. The thing is that when it comes to your heart, it does not have that many nerve ending and it can’t literally hurt as bad as all the other parts of your body. That is why a heart makes a clever move and sends pain signals to your back, shoulders, arms, neck or jaw. Very often ladies who went through the heart attack claim that the weight they felt in their backs was simply excruciating like an elephant decided to make himself cozy for a while and chose their backs as a perfect resting place.
When it comes to fatigue, it can be a sign of many conditions that is true. What is more, having a sleepless night or week certainly does not help. But as the research shows many women a month before the heart attack felt extremely tired and worn out for no visible reason for that. That is why if you feel tired recently for no obvious reason you should better have yourself checked up.
#4 Excessive sweating
It goes without saying that people who are working out or staying in the sun for too long can sweat excessively. Women who hit their menopause stage count as well. But if you start sweating out for no obvious reason – heart attack it is!
