The more confident we are, the better things are going. Good, adequate self-esteem and self-confidence give the necessary energy and strength for a successful solution of life's tasks. However, there are things that kill our self-esteem, and, therefore, prevent us from living a happy and successful life.

Low self-esteem does not appear by itself at birth. It evolves over time, as we perceive negative messages from outside and allow them to influence our behavior. What is the final result of these bad habits? We lose the ability to realize the meaning and value of ourselves.
