This bodyweight workout consists of easy-to-follow exercises such as, burpees, push-ups, jump squats, back extensions with towel, switch lunges, mountain climbers, lying toe touch crunches and single knee crunches. These exercises will replace you an hour of boring run on a treadmill. They will strengthen your heart, burn extra fat and help build muscles.
If you are a beginner you should do as many repetitions as you see in this list:
Five minutes of warmup. (Easy stretching exercises)
#1. Fifteen repetitions of push-ups.
#2. Ten repetitions of jump squats.
#3. Twenty repetitions of back extensions with ball.
#4. Ten repetitions of lunges.
#5. Twenty repetitions of mountain climbers.
#6. Twenty repetitions of lying toe touch crunches.
#7. Ten repetitions of single knee crunches.
