If you feel like you can afford a set of dumbbells – fine, but if you can’t that is alright too. You can easily use a pair of water bottles or even cans to work your arm out.

It is also important not to go crazy with the workout no matter how effective it is. You need to be aware that the result of your workout you will feel only after at least 24 hours, so that if it feels easy – just go on with it. Later on, you can build up the weight. It is wise not to start with the heaviest from the very beginning. Besides, if it hurts you should better stop and lighten the weight. You aim to tone your arms up not to hurt yourself.
