It does not matter what kind of person you are, what you dream about and where you are striving. Happiness is the ultimate goal of each of us. However, there is always something that distances us from this single dream.

This something - we ourselves, or rather, our limitations, which for years are lining up around, and like concrete walls fence us from a happy life. Accidentally or specially, we limit ourselves every day to something, we are hiding from life in some aspects of it.

If these barriers collapse one day, you will see how amazing your life will be. However, you can not wait for this day, and independently bring it closer. Just let some things go away, then you can break through the walls of your limitations and become happy.

#1. Forget regret. You should focus on your future and set up new goals every day.

#2. Return your childhood dreams back to childhood. You had some dreams five, ten or twenty years ago, but this does not mean that they are actual nowadays.

#3. Release past labels. You should free yourself from your past and look forward your future.

#4. Take responsibility for how you got here. Try not to blame other people, you should better make changes in your life. Everything depends on you.

#5. Kick perfectionism out the door. Nobody is perfect, remember this. Just set up your goals and do your best to reach them.

#6. Do not “should” on yourself. Life is giving you a lot of possibilities every day. Try not to limit yourself.

#7. Stop trying to impress anyone but yourself. You are the only person you should impress.

#8. Create reminders for what is important. Make a list of your plans for tomorrow, for the week and for the month. Write down everything that is really important for you.

#9. Make a change. You should not be afraid to leave your comfort zone. Try new things and enjoy new emotions in your life.

#10. Move your body. Being physically active can tone your body and improve your mood.
