You often hear the advice: "Wake up an hour earlier!". Is it worth exerting your body stress, breaking out of the strong embrace of sleep for morning workout? You probably hope that the correct answer to this question is "no, it is not worth it."
After all, are there any people who would not like to safely stay in bed for an extra hour? Especially if the weather upsets you with coolness and rain, and in the winter it is still dark in the mornings. However, the answer will not be so unambiguous!
Doctors are convinced that regular exercising and a healthy diet in conjunction with quality sleep is the complex that will help you acquire and maintain good health and appearance. In fact, all this will only work together. After all, if you exclude at least one element of this complex, the result cannot be achieved so quickly.
Medical research has shown that if a person sleeps less than seven hours per day, this will prevent him from pursuing effective and long-term exercising. This is due to the fact that inadequate rest is the enemy of motivation and efficiency.
So, it is no wonder that waking up for training early in the morning, you do not want to lace your sneakers and wear an athletic uniform. If you miss your sleep rate, you will only feel fatigued and broken. Does this mean that sleep is more important than training? Again, no!
