If you want to improve your figure and to improve your cardiovascular and respiratory systems, you do not need to go to the gym at all, your own body is absolutely enough. The simplest and the most effective method is circular training, when you perform several exercises in a row, which tone different muscle groups. First, test your condition: do one set of different exercises, trying your best to perform a maximum of clean and qualitative repetitions of each exercise; then take a rest and start your workout.

A high-intensity workout is a simple and effective way to train the whole body without additional equipment. All these exercises are really very effective. They will help increase the strength, endurance and metabolism of the body, working with the weight of your body. You can do this workout in the park, on the playground, at home or wherever you like - there is no more excuse to skip the training. So, look at the exercise, put on your sport clothes and shoes, and start your workout.

Perform each exercise as many times as you can during sixty minutes, take a ten-second pause, and start doing the next one. After the first circle, you should rest for a minute or two, and then continue exercising. Your task is to do three circles of this workout. To get the desired results, exercise at least three times a week. If you see that it is too simple, you can exercise every day and increase the number of repetitions:
