If a woman wants to get pregnant quickly, making love on the days of ovulation can be the simplest decision to realize this desire in practice. However, it does not always work. Infertility experts point out that there are methods to increase a woman’s fertility.
Experts argue that a good diet can have a positive effect on fertility and prepare both men and women for the conception of a child. It has been shown in various studies that overweight and excess fat, increases the level of certain hormones that inhibit the ovulation of a woman.
It was also found that a large intake of caffeine (500 mg) is associated with impaired fertility. The American Nutritionists Association recommends not to go beyond 2 cups of coffee a day and not to exceed 250 mg of caffeine a day. There are some foods that can be very useful for women. Let’s look at four types of food which improve a woman’s fertility:
#1. Complex carbs. Women who want to have a baby should eat more whole grains, legumes, fruits and veggies and so on, instead of white bread, white rice, cake or soda. Foods with high iron content can help conceive a child. Also, those who sooner or later plan to become a mother, should eat more dairy foods with the highest possible fat content. This will increase the level of female estrogen hormones.

#2. Plant protein. Women should eat animal protein less and plant protein more in order to have a baby. Beans, nuts and whole grains are the best choice for them.
#3. Nuts and oats. Nuts contain medicinal nutrients that have anti-cancer properties. Nuts are rich in plant protein and they are excellent sources of omega-3 fats and vitamin E, which can improve the endometrium.
#4. Fruit and vegetables. They rich in vitamins, minerals, essential fats, proteins, carbohydrates and fiber. Women need all these elements to make their body function well and to improve their fertility.
