We would like to show you a good twelve-minute core workout. It consists of effective movements such as, v-ups, russian twists, flutter kicks, bicycle kicks, plank exercises and side plank exercises. You need to complete as many repetitions as possible of each exercise for thirty seconds. These exercises target the superficial surface muscles — the ones that can give you a washboard abs. Repeat for three rounds total, resting thirty seconds between sets.
