Abdominal fat negatively affects your self-confidence and prevents you from wearing swimsuits and beautiful clothes. It is also connected to some health conditions, such as strokes, heart diseases, high blood pressure and diabetes.
If you're tired of your muffin top and you want to get rid of it, you need to find a motivation to work hard. However, we should warn you: crunches and obliques cannot help you burn your love handles. This fat can be removed only by following a healthy diet and performing full-body workouts. That is why we would like to show you a fantastic muffin top workout to help you burn calories and touch your upper body. It was created by a fitness trainer Kym Perfetto.
This ten-minute workout consists of fat burning moves such as, bicycle crunches, plank bird-dog, side plank toe-touches, mountain climbers, plank twists and washer crunches. Remember that first you should perform warm-up to prevent injuries and prepare your body for training. Warm-up consists of five repetitions of cobras and five repetitions of extended cobras. In order to get amazing results, you should do twenty repetitions of each move and repeat this training routine three times a week.
