You can make a mouth rinse at home. You just need to mix sea salt, water, and aloe vera, and add an antiseptic ingredient like thyme, rosemary, or peppermint essential oil.

What’s more, you can make a mouth paste at home too. You just need to mix baking soda, sea salt, and coconut oil and brush with it. Or you can try another option, you need to use ½ to 1 teaspoons of turmeric mixed with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Rub this paste onto your gums and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing.
