#3. Are you stressing too much? Stress hormones can damage your health in the long-run… and yes, negatively affect your sex drive. They key thing to do here is to find out what is the reason behind the stress, and what are the best ways to deal with it. Sometimes, small things help, like taking a long walk, watching your favourite movie, or a yoga class.

#5. Do you have free time at all? We all have trouble balancing our busy schedules and connecting with our partners. Don’t be so quick to strike sex off your agenda. Schedule it if you have to! It’ll pay off.
