Most of us undergo a lot of stress throughout the day and every other day brings in more and more of it until it piles up and then we burst out. Of course, the consequences of a breakdown are never pretty. That is why it is nice to learn how you can relax from time to time to prevent that.

A lot of people these days talk about the meditation but the meditation itself is ancient, and that is what proves that it is effective.

Today we are going to talk about seven mudras that can both heal you and help you relax. What it a mudra? Mudra –is a hand position or a gesture which serves different purposes. Why does it work? Because there are many nerve endings in your hands and finger and maybe there is a little bit more than we are unaware of.
