#1. It is not the holiday

You can treat yourself to something tasty, like a chocolate cake but not on a daily basis, only when there is an important reason for a treat.

The feeling of fullness comes only after a few minutes when you reach that level, and it is easy to overeat in the meantime. That is why it is nice to have a friendly chat over dinner so that y0u do not overeat.

No matter how advertised all the diet products are – do not waste your time and money on them.

As much as you restrict yourself from eating something as much you crave for it and break down. You should better stop doing that.

#5. Sleep

It has been mentioned a lot of times that sleep is the important component of your healthy body and life that is why you should in no case deprive yourself of it!

You had that pizza, ok things happen – there is no need to blame yourself as well as there is no need to encourage yourself to ‘sin’ again. Sheer forgiveness is the key.

#7. Diet soda

As well as all the other diet food it is filled with refined sugar which is not good for you. That is why it best to stay as far away from it as possible.

#8. Kitchen

You have a kitchen in your house for a reason – use it. Do not be afraid of experimentation or failure after a while you will get as good as any chef!

#9. Calories

It is nice to track the calories you consume but you have to be wise about it, and instead of eating empty calories you have to take the most of the allowed amount.

#10. Sugar

Sugar should not be completely out of the picture; you just need to know how to substitute it properly. Fruits are the best alternatives to sweets!
