Getting back in shape can be a pretty long and tiresome process and even though we know that – we postpone the proper diet for as long as possible. When there is almost no time at hand, but the important occasion is a week ahead – here comes the fear.
Of course, most of us have gone through something of the kind, but finally, a way out was suggested. The egg diet is the real savior when there is a need to shed some kilos in a short amount of time. It is said that this diet is able to help you lose up to 10 kilos within a week, but you should be careful enough not to take it farther than a week only. What is more, with such a diet there is no way you will be starving. So let’s have a look at what this magic diet suggests.

Day 1
Breakfast: two oranges, two boiled eggs, a glass of milk.
Lunch: a glass of yogurt and 300 grams of boiled chicken breasts.
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled chicken breasts, one boiled egg, one orange.
Day 2
Breakfast: a glass of lemon water and two boiled eggs.
Lunch: 200 grams of stewed fish and one grapefruit.
Dinner: three boiled eggs.

Day 4
Breakfast: coffee with milk and omelet with greens.
